Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

We do not offer cash on delivery at this time. All orders must be paid online at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 7–12 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly for cities outside Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

What is your jewellery made of?

Our pieces are gold-plated, designed to resist everyday tarnish. We recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfume, and lotion to keep the plating looking its best.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Store pieces separately in a dry pouch or box, avoid contact with water, perfume, and sweat, and put your jewellery on last when getting ready. This keeps the plating and stones looking new for longer.

Will the jewellery tarnish or turn my skin green?

Our plating is designed to resist tarnishing with normal wear and proper care. We recommend following the care instructions above to maintain the finish.

What sizes are your necklaces and bracelets?

Most of our necklaces come on an adjustable chain. Specific measurements are listed on each product page.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
